Return and Exchange Policy
All sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for any returns or exchanges.
In the event any product is damaged during shipping or has a material defect, RylieMadison will allow for an exchange of the same product. Please immediately contact us and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
We require exchange or return requests to be submitted within thirty (30) days of receipt of your product, by sending an email to email@example.com.
Preparing Your Return or Exchange By Mail
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the reason for your desired return
Item must be in original packaging and in unused condition (unless product has a defect).
Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
Ship your package with the pre-paid return label that will be emailed to you in response to your email indicating the reason for return.
Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
All exchanged products will be inspected by our quality assurance team before we can fully process

RylieMadison is not responsible for merchandise that is not received, is damaged when received or not returned in accordance with these Terms.
